On the second weekend in September, in a tiny southern Indiana town, is a three day festival called Heritage Weekend. I have many fond memories of going to this festival as a child. One year, there was a woman with a booth full of hand sewn Barbie clothes! I couldn’t help but hope she would be there again this year. Sadly, I didn’t see her, but I did enjoy the fresh kettle corn, vintage nick nacks, and demonstrations by the blacksmith.
