Have you guys ever made candles? After seeing this post, I really wanted to give it a whirl. I made these for my friend Tenille (I love giving handmade gifts to friends- it’s much more personal). I picked up these cute tins at a local antique store, then I was off to the craft store for supplies. Micheal’s and Hobby Lobby have whole sections of candle making goodies.
I followed the instructions on the wax and was pleasantly surprised at how easy a project this was (it can seem daunting at first!). Pardon my hair clips- I didn’t have any tape at the house! I’m so happy with the way all my candles turned out. I think another candle making session is in my near future!
